WHY RE/MAX?

I am often asked why I chose to join RE/MAX. The number one reason was pride. Pride in my ability and pride in the company with which I am affiliated.  The typical real estate company requires up-time. Up-time is the time an agent is required to work the front desk - i.e. free labor.  At RE/MAX, agents share the cost of a professional staff freeing us to concentrate on our client's needs. Some of the more obvious reasons that I chose RE/MAX are:

  1. In 1998, RE/MAX became the first and only real estate company to be involved in 1,000,000 transactions. This ended the argument over which real estate company is number one.  RE/MAX is "Above the Crowd" in performance.

  2. Recognizable symbol. There is still some argument over which company symbol is most closely associated with real estate. The remaining argument is between RE/MAX and Century 21.   RE/MAX is rising "Above the Crowd" in name recognition.

  3. Professional designations. The RE/MAX system attracts Top Producers. Top Producers are typically the ones that have spent their time and money to acquire advanced designations. In fact,  RE/MAX agents are the best trained in the industry. RE/MAX is way "Above the Crowd" in professional designations held by its agents.

  4. Independence. At RE/MAX agents are allowed to retain a larger percentage of the commissions they generate. With this benefit comes the responsibility of designing, placing, and paying for advertising (see sections on staff, marketing and newsletter). I have the flexibility to utilize the most effective medium - not the cheapest.  RE/MAX is way, way, way "Above the Crowd" in giving its agents the freedom to service you, the client.

  5. Focus. RE/MAX is the only national real estate company that is not a division of a conglomerate. RE/MAX focuses all of its attention on the sell of real estate.  RE/MAX is "Above the Crowd" in top management's commitment to the buying and selling of real property.

I hope that I have answered "Why RE/MAX"? It is my belief that to be the best you must be affiliated with the best. There is no doubt in my mind that I made the right choice.
