| Since 1960, Londonderry has been on of the fastest
growing towns in NH. Londonderry is ideally located 12 miles north of the
Massachusetts border and 8 miles from the center of Manchester. Located on
I-93 its an easy commute to Concord (30 miles), the seacoast (35 miles) or
Boston (about one hours drive). |

| Londonderry offers everything required for comfortable
living. It has major retailers, boutiques, banks and the industrial base
is situated in the northern corner of town, close to the Manchester
airport. Londonderry has been able to expand its business base in one
direction while maintaining the peace and tranquility of country living on
its southern side. |

| The town offers a wide range of housing styles from the
traditional homes that were built toward the end of the 1800s, to single
family developments, condos and apartment complexes. The junior and senior
high schools have been recognized by the U.S. Department of education as
